Builder cleanup is paid for by the contractor. It covers rough debris, not fine dust or residue. That is why many new homeowners find grit on floors and dust in vents on move-in day.
Alex's Deep Clean for a new home is $389 for one to two bedrooms or $499 for three to four bedrooms. A five to six bedroom new build is $649. If the home is in heavy condition from construction, we add $150.

Is this the same as a move-in clean?
Yes. Our Move-In clean starts at $379 and is designed for empty homes. New builds qualify since the home is empty before you move your things in.
Do you remove paint or caulk from surfaces?
We remove surface-level splatter on tile and hard floors. We do not scrape or use chemical strippers. Deep paint removal needs a specialty contractor.
When should I book, before or after movers?
Book before the movers arrive. An empty home is easier to clean. We can reach every corner without furniture in the way.
