Established on March 19, 2011, Alex's Cleaning Service is the trusted choice for residential cleaning needs. We are managed by Fernando Mendez Jr., his wife Esther, and their daughter, Alex. The company was named after our awesome Alex, who has shown remarkable leadership and responsibility.
In the summer of 2003, Fernando Mendez Jr. married Esther Ochoa, forming a new family with her two children, Jose "Joe" and Alejandra "Alex." Alex with the help of her new Daddy studied hard every day mastering the English language, earning her a spot on the school's honor roll each and every year throughout elementary and middle school. Alex graduated with honors from Santa Rita High School in 2012, taking only Advance Placement (AP) Courses in her senior year. Four years later she graduated from the University of Northern Arizona, with a degree in Journalism, on the dean's list with a 3.75 GPA.
Fernando Mendez Jr. has over 30 years of management experience in housekeeping to include floor maintenance, having operated a consulting firm for local janitorial companies. His expertise spans a variety of settings, including hospitals, hotel resorts, medical facilities, and government office buildings. Fernando and Esther personally train their cleaning teams to uphold their high standards, working alongside them to ensure the exceptional service Alex's Cleaning is known to deliver in each visit.
Together Fernando and Esther built a bright future and decided to start a cleaning business in 2011. After the numerous accomplishments, naming their new family business after their amazing daughter Alex was the best decision they have ever made.
