Booking and Service Questions
Do you require a deep clean before recurring cleaning?
First-time recurring clients typically start with a deep clean if the home has not had professional cleaning in the last three months. This creates a clean baseline for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly maintenance.
Do you clean homes that have not been professionally cleaned recently?
Yes. Those homes are usually best matched with a deep clean because they need more detail than a regular maintenance visit.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. Equipment and products are included. If you prefer specific products, ask when booking.
Do you send a crew or one cleaner?
Alex's Cleaning Service is a professional cleaning crew, not a solo cleaner.
Do you offer move-in and move-out cleaning?
Yes. Empty-home cleaning can include deep cleaning plus cabinets, drawers, fridge, and oven. Window cleaning (interior and exterior) is available too — we quote it in person at the visit.
What areas do you serve?
Tucson, Rita Ranch, Vail, East Tucson, Tanque Verde, Catalina Foothills, Oro Valley, Sahuarita, and nearby neighborhoods when routes allow. Outlying homes add a small trip fee, measured from our crew's start point at Golf Links & Kolb and shown automatically at booking: $60 for Marana, Green Valley, Picture Rocks/Avra Valley, Catalina/SaddleBrooke, and Red Rock; $50 for Oro Valley, Sahuarita, and ZIP 85742. Catalina Foothills, Casas Adobes, central Tucson, Vail, and Rita Ranch have no fee.
Pricing Questions
- Deep cleaning is $549 for most 3–4 bedroom homes and depends on size and condition.
- Recurring service starts after the first detailed clean.
- Move-in and move-out cleaning is quoted by home size and condition.
