Most 3–4 bedroom homes are $549 for the first deep clean. Recurring visits are set after that first deep clean — usually about half the first-visit price — and empty-home move-in/out cleans start at $479. Every rate below is flat — no hourly billing, no surprises — and we're happy to talk through the numbers before you book.

Pets in the home add $50. Inside fridge/cabinets are add-ons on furnished homes because we unload and reload your items.

Your exact maintenance rate is set after your first deep clean — locked in before you commit, usually about half the first-visit price. Rates cover homes up to 2,000 sq ft with up to 2 bathrooms. To 3,000 sq ft add $25; to 4,000 sq ft add $50. Bathrooms beyond two add $15 each; 3+ pets or heavy shedding adds $10.

Inside the fridge, inside oven, inside kitchen cabinets and drawers, and baseboards are included on move-in/out cleans. Heavy condition (construction dust or heavy grease) adds $150. Window cleaning (interior and exterior) is optional — quoted in person at the visit.
Our most thorough service — top-to-bottom detail of every room. Kitchens and bathrooms get extra attention: countertops, sinks, fixtures, appliance exteriors, tubs, showers, toilets, and floors. Living areas and bedrooms are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and wiped down. Appliance interiors (fridge, oven) are optional add-ons.
Maintenance of a deep-cleaned baseline. We rotate detailed areas so nothing falls behind. Includes all surface cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom sanitizing, kitchen wipe-down, and trash removal. Best after an initial deep clean so we start from a reset baseline.
Empty-home detail designed for turnovers. Every surface is cleaned from top to bottom — baseboards, light switches, door frames, cabinet fronts, windowsills. Inside the fridge, inside oven, kitchen cabinets, drawers, and baseboards are included. Interior windows are optional. Leaves the home rent-ready or move-in fresh.
The first deep clean resets the entire home to a professional baseline. It covers built-up grime, neglected corners, and areas that haven't been detailed in months. Once that baseline is established, recurring visits maintain it with less time and effort — so they cost less.

We quote by the job, not by the hour. You get a fixed price upfront based on your home's size, condition, and the services you choose — no clock-watching, no surprise charges. You know the total before we start.
Yes, all standard cleaning supplies and equipment are included. We bring professional-grade products, microfiber cloths, mops, and a HEPA vacuum. If you have a preferred product for a specific surface, we're happy to use it.

We accept cash, check, or Zelle. We do not take credit or debit cards — skipping card processing fees is part of how the flat rates stay where they are. Payment is due at the time of service unless you're on a recurring schedule — then we can arrange payment after each clean.
