New clients start with a Deep Clean, which covers far more than a maintenance visit. Pricing is flat-rate: $389 for 1 to 2 bedrooms, $499 for 3 to 4 bedrooms, and $649 for 5 to 6 bedrooms.
If you want appliances done for buyer inspections, add the oven for $50 and the fridge for $50. Interior windows run $100 extra. Baseboards are $50 as a standalone add-on if your home needs extra attention there. We do not do laundry or dishes, and we do not restock or move staging items. We focus on the surfaces buyers see, smell, and touch.
