We price the first deep clean by home size and condition (light, lived-in, heavy). Bigger + dirtier takes more effort; small + immaculate takes less. You’ll see your price before we start. If we think more time is needed, we ask first. No surprise bills.

Flat, upfront pricing by home size + condition. Most homes land $499–$799. Add-ons available (fridge, oven, cabinets, baseboards, windows, garage, fans).
Move-In/Out (Empty Home)
Includes inside fridge, oven, cabinets, baseboards, interior windows. Price by size.
Recurring Maintenance (after deep clean)

* Cleaning & disinfecting of bathrooms and kitchen surfaces, including appliances, sinks and inside microwave oven.
