Alex's charges flat rates for closing cleans. A 1 to 2 bedroom home runs $389. Most Tucson snowbird homes have 3 to 4 bedrooms and run $499. A 5 to 6 bedroom home is $649. Add the fridge at $50 and the oven at $50 if applicable. We do not do laundry or restock supplies. We focus on the surfaces, floors, and fixtures that need attention before a long vacancy.
Before we arrive, empty the fridge and pantry of perishables, take out trash, and set your thermostat to 85 degrees or the temperature recommended by your HVAC tech for summer vacancy. We will handle the rest. Our crew of 3 to 4 cleaners typically finishes in one visit. We accept cash, check, and Zelle.

When should I book the closing clean before leaving?
Book for the day before or the day of your departure. You want the home freshly cleaned and then locked up. Booking a week early and then living in it defeats the purpose.
Do you treat drains or use pest-preventive products?
We wipe and dry surfaces but do not apply pest-prevention chemicals or drain treatments. For that level of service, a pest control company is the right call. We handle the cleaning side.
Can I add baseboards and interior windows to the closing clean?
Yes. Baseboards are $50 and interior windows are $100. Many snowbirds add both since they want the home spotless before locking it for summer.
