Pricing is flat-rate by bedrooms: $389 for 1 to 2 bedrooms, $499 for 3 to 4 bedrooms, and $649 for 5 to 6 bedrooms. If your fridge needs work after sitting empty all summer, add that for $50. We accept cash, check, and Zelle.
Book before you fly back. Tucson snowbird season starts in October. Our schedule fills up fast. A booking placed 2 to 3 weeks before your return locks in your slot. We note your return date and confirm the day before we clean.

Yes. Many snowbirds give us access details when they book. We set up entry and send a note when the clean is done. You arrive to a ready home.
Does the opening clean include the fridge and oven?
The fridge and oven are add-ons at $50 each. If you emptied the fridge before leaving, a wipe-down inside is a smart add. The oven add-on covers racks and interior walls.
What if my home has more dust than expected?
We work through what we find. If buildup is very heavy, we will contact you before going past the standard scope. Most homes are handled in one visit.
