Empty Is Best
The easiest time to do this is before anything is moved in. An empty home gives the crew access to every surface, corner, and edge without working around furniture or stacks of boxes.
A partial move-in is fine too. Tell us what is already in the home when you book: empty, lightly furnished, or mid-move. We will plan around that.
Even a home described as move-in ready may not be deep cleaned. There can still be dust inside cabinets, grime along baseboards, residue in bathroom grout, and dirt under appliances.
A new-home deep clean is also a strong starting point for recurring service. Once the home is reset, weekly, biweekly, monthly, or every-8-week visits are easier to maintain.
